Soothing Tea for Heartburn

Soothing Tea for Heartburn

Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon grated licorice root
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
• 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers

Directions:
1. In a small pan, bring the water to a boil. Add the licorice and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add chamomile. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
2. Strain into a teacup and drink.
